Gas Orders & Deliveries

On Order Day

  • All deliveries paid for by 16:30 will be delivered the following day (During winter season there might be a 48hr delay)
  • ⁠R70 / delivery irrespective of quantity ordered
  • We complete all our deliveries, in full, every day
  • It is impossible predict exact delivery times per customer
  • Please notify us if no one is home to receive the delivery
  • If no one is home to accept the delivery and we were not informed, we will charge a second delivery fee - Please do avoid this situation
  • Cylinders might vary in shape and colour
  • All cylinders have the same weight-based system - the cylinder weight stamped on the cylinder is the empty cylinder weight & does not indicate contents
    • Cylinder weight & size guideline:
    9kg - 500 x 370
    ⁠14kg - 700 x 300
    ⁠19kg - 820 x 310
    ⁠48kg - 1400 x 400

  • When we deliver, we remove your empty cylinder & connect a full, safe and inspected cylinder
  • We will check for leaks and report such if necessary
  • Deliveries can at times run late
  • Brackenfell Gas delivery service is available to customers within a 12km radius!

  • We DO NOT accept personal refill cylinders (e.g. CADAC, SAFEGAS, MEGAMASTER etc.)
