Gas Orders & Deliveries

On Order Day

- all deliveries paid for by 16:30 will be delivered the following day
- ⁠R70 / delivery irrespective of quantity ordered
- we complete all our deliveries, in full, every day
-it is impossible predict exact delivery times per customer
- please notify us if no one is home to receive the delivery
- ⁠you may also order other products with your gas order at no extra charge
- ⁠if no one is home to accept the delivery and we were not informed, we will charge a second delivery fee - please do avoid this situation
- cylinders might vary in shape and colour
- ⁠all cylinders have the same weight-based system - the cylinder weight stamped on the cylinder is the empty cylinder weight & does not indicate contents
Cylinder weight & size guideline:
- 9 - 500 x 370
- ⁠14 - 700 x 300
- ⁠19 - 820 x 310
- ⁠48 - 1400 x 400
- ⁠when we deliver, we remove your empty cylinder & connect a full, safe and inspected cylinder
- ⁠we will check for leaks and report such if necessary
- ⁠deliveries can at times run late
- WE DO NOT EXCEPT PERSONAL REFILL (e.g. CADAC, SAFEGAS, MEGAMASTER etc.) CYLINDERS.
Brackenfell Gas delivery service is available to customers within a 12km radius
